Bathrooms require serious upgrades!!! Shower and sink draining issues need fixing!!! Carpets stained and unclean, creating a less-than-pleasant atmosphere!!! Difficult door locks add unnecessary frustration!!!

The staff provided an exceptional experience, with one member going out of their way to assist by retrieving a food delivery. The ambiance was tranquil, complemented by a well-maintained pool that offers a superior experience compared to typical hotel pools. However, some areas felt slightly outdated, and housekeeping could use more consistency in attention to detail. Additionally, the breakfast options were limited, lacking diversity beyond standard choices.

Happy Hour with wine and snacks was enjoyable, making it a perfect spot for friends and family gatherings.

Our stay was wonderful! The staff treated us like family, making the atmosphere welcoming. Enjoyed breakfast while mingling with other guests at shared tables. A highlight was the lovely, cozy decor and the refreshing pool next door. A hard floor option in rooms would add to the comfort!

Just a good pick for a flying visit in Aiken with definitely value for money. The chocolates available throughout the inn added a nice touch to our stay. If you want housekeeping to come by, make sure to leave the sign out early in the day.
